Great to meet you!

I am passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life's challenges. I bring years of experience working in both school settings and private practice. I integrate play therapy , cognitive behavioral techniques, and trauma informed practices to create a safe space where clients feel understood and empowered. I believe every child and adolescent has the ability to grow, heal, and build resilience with the right support.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, client-centered, and focused on creating a safe, supportive environment where each individual feels heard, valued, and understood. I believe therapy should be tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, strengths, experiences, and goals. I strive to meet clients where they are while providing encouragement, guidance, and practical tools to support growth and healing.

I incorporate a fun, engaging, and approachable style to help clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring meaningful change. By building a trusting therapeutic relationship, I work collaboratively with clients to identify challenges, develop coping skills, and support them in creating positive changes at their own pace.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be approached at a comfortable and supportive pace. I understand that meeting with a new therapist and sharing personal experiences with a stranger can feel challenging, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and comfortable being yourself.

During our first session, we will focus on getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, exploring your goals, and identifying areas where you would like support. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready for. We will take the time needed to build trust and establish a therapeutic relationship that feels right for you.
