I support children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, substance abuse, domestic violence, grief, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. I offer ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy), CBT, ACT, DBT and somatic approaches. Whether in-office or virtual, I provide compassionate care to help you heal and grow.
