Great to meet you!

I’m a psychotherapist with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, life transitions, stress, relationship challenges, and other emotional concerns. Therapist is actually my second career, which gives me a unique perspective and a deep appreciation for how our families, life experiences, and the environments we live in shape who we are. I believe that understanding your story is an important part of healing, and I strive to create a supportive, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and strengths-based. I believe that meaningful change begins with greater self-awareness and a better understanding of the experiences, relationships, and patterns that shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop healthier coping skills, and work toward goals that help you feel more confident, balanced, and fulfilled.

What you can expect from me

When we work together, you can expect a thoughtful, supportive, and engaging experience where you feel comfortable exploring your concerns at your own pace. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress, and develop practical tools you can use to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and resilience.
