Great to meet you!

Clients describe me as warm, approachable, interested and curious. I want to understand your life and your experience so that we can create solutions that work for you. I encourage you to explore what is and what isn't working in your life so that we can use your strength areas to improve the areas where you are struggling. As an experienced therapist, and one who has participated in therapy, I know therapy works. Let's make it work for you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a trauma informed, positive psychology brain based approach that helps clients develop awareness of their thoughts, feelings, perspectives and actions. This helps them feel more whole and grounded as they navigate challenges.

What you can expect from our first session
