Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change. With 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, I provide a warm, compassionate, and culturally responsive environment where clients can safely explore life's challenges and build on their strengths.

I have a special passion for working with female tweens and teens, mothers, and immigrant women who are navigating identity, cultural transitions, life changes, relationships, and the demands of everyday life. I help clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, low self-esteem, and relationship concerns by combining practical coping strategies with deeper insight-oriented work.

My therapeutic approach is individualized and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach, and together we will create a treatment plan that fits your unique goals and needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in positivity, authenticity, and connection. I help clients recognize their strengths and celebrate the progress they’re already making, even in small ways. I’m not afraid to use humor to lighten the mood when it’s helpful — therapy can be serious, but it doesn’t have to feel heavy every moment. I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, exploring challenges with honesty, and finding hope through encouragement, compassion, and a little laughter along the way.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, comfortable, and judgment‐free environment in their first session with me. We’ll take time to get to know each other, explore what brings you to counseling, and talk about your goals at a pace that feels right for you. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your experiences, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. My focus is on creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard, so we can begin building a collaborative relationship that empowers your growth and healing.
