Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience, I have supported children, teens, and adults through a wide range of challenges, including depression, trauma and PTSD, family issues, anger and stress management and chronic conditions including various health disabilities. My approach is compassionate, honest, and personalized. I take time to listen, understand your experiences, and help you identify practical steps toward healing and meaningful change. As a spiritual and active person with diverse life experiences, I bring empathy, perspective, and genuine support to every session.

My approach to therapy

My therapy style is welcoming, direct, and collaborative. I draw from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and

Strength-Based Therapy to support clients working through trauma, difficult emotions, and life challenges. I believe meaningful progress begins with honesty, self-awareness, and a safe therapeutic relationship. While I offer thoughtful guidance and practical support, you know yourself best—and together, we can develop an approach that aligns with your goals, needs, and values.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll discuss your goals for therapy and begin identifying the challenges you’d like to address. Together, we’ll explore the underlying concerns and consider practical, personalized steps forward in a supportive and professional environment. My approach is empowering and open-minded, focused on helping you build strength, confidence, and greater trust in yourself throughout the process.
