Great to meet you!

I’m a somatic psychotherapist who considers that human beings encounter the world through our senses (body). Our nervous system is shaped by our body’s experiences. There is no living body without a mind. Therefore, to be more accurate, each human being is a mindbody. It is our whole body that experiences and responds to its surroundings. It is a means of communication and exploration. We learn from our world in relation to others: people, animals, the environment.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach personalized to each client and grounded in a somatic perspective. I create a safe container in the relationship for the client to process what is troubling them. Perception begins with the mindbody, inherently linked to others and the environment. That is the basis of a relationship and where harm and integration can occur. I specialize in trauma response and integration while holding space for various populations and needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain a deeper understanding of their mindbody connection and how their experiences shape their responses to the world. Through our sessions, they will develop tools to manage and integrate their trauma, fostering resilience and emotional well-being. My approach aims to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their inner world, build healthier relationships, and enhance their overall quality of life.
