Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Therapist with experience supporting individuals, parents, children, and families through life’s challenges and transitions. My professional background as a Certified Adjustment Counselor and Clinical Coordinator has shaped my expertise in anxiety, stress management, relationships, family dynamics, parenting, trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, and navigating complex life changes.

I believe every stage of life brings new roles, relationships, and challenges. Whether you are navigating one of life's many transitions- college and young adulthood, career changes, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, evolving relationships, family roles, or shifts in identity- these seasons can bring anxiety, uncertainty, and stress, leaving us feeling disconnected from ourselves. They may also leave us overwhelmed by the mental load of daily life, struggling with executive functioning, or unsure where to begin. If you're supporting a child with unique needs or feeling stuck in your own growth, therapy provides a space to better understand yourself, build practical skills, and create meaningful change.

My role is to be a supportive sounding board and partner in the process - helping you identify patterns, recognize your strengths, build practical skills, and feel more confident navigating challenges. I believe people already have the ability within themselves to grow; therapy helps create access to those strengths and develop the tools needed to become the agent of your own success.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, strengths-based, and goal-oriented. I believe therapy is a place to better understand your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and the systems that influence your daily life.

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed practices, mindfulness strategies, and a family systems perspective. Together, we will explore patterns, build emotional awareness, increase flexible thinking, and develop strategies that translate into real life.

I believe growth happens between sessions, not just during them. My goal is for you to leave each session with increased insight and at least one actionable step - whether that is practicing a coping skill, shifting a thought pattern, strengthening communication, setting a boundary, or approaching a challenge in a new way.

Therapy with me balances reflection and action: understanding where you have been while building the skills and confidence to move toward where you want to go.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused on connection, understanding your story, and identifying what support looks like for you. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, what feels challenging right now, and what changes you hope to create.

I take a whole-person approach and consider your experiences, relationships, strengths, environment, and current season of life. Together, we will identify goals and create realistic steps that align with what matters most to you.

My hope is that you leave feeling heard, supported, and empowered - with greater clarity and a starting point for creating meaningful change in your everyday life.
