Great to meet you!

After years of feeling called to use my passion for helping youth, families, and communities in a therapeutic way, I began my journey with clinical social work. My focus is on what matters most: creating safe and supportive spaces where people feel heard, understood, and empowered. I enjoy integrating psychoeducation in self-regulation, coping skills, conflict resolution, and resilience methods. Meeting clients where they are is my priority. My approach is not one-size-fits all, but rather a collective approach to adapt strategies to the unique needs of clients. Therapy is a process of discovery and growth. My continual clinical training provides me with up-to-date resources for working with individuals while allow clients the ability to discover their strengths. The best day to start is today.

My approach to therapy

Choosing a therapist is a personal decision. You deserve a therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, respected, and accepted without judgment.

At Vessel of Discovery, I believe therapy is not about telling you who you should be or what you should do. It is about creating a supportive space where you can better understand yourself, explore what may be holding you back, and discover the strengths and resources you already possess.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in professional knowledge and evidence-informed therapeutic practices. I take time to understand your unique experiences, concerns, goals, and perspective rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

Therapy can be a place to pause, make sense of what you are experiencing, develop healthier ways of coping, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life you want to create.

Your story is uniquely yours. Your therapeutic journey should be, too.

What you can expect from me

With Vessel of Discovery, therapy via telehealth is more than a convenience.
