She enjoys working with people on depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Diana's professional passions include neurobiology and re-integration, mind-body connections, relational health, intergenerational healing, and resilience.

She uses evidence-based modalities such as CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and EMDR when working with people on their specific goals.
