Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate therapist with more than 8 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. Difficult experiences can disrupt our sense of peace and leave us feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, and emotionally exhausted. I provide a warm, understanding space where you can feel supported as you heal, regain balance, and move toward meaningful change.

I strive to create a supportive environment where you can feel comfortable, accepted, and true to yourself. Since each person’s journey is different, I draw from a variety of creative approaches to provide care that is thoughtfully shaped around your unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences and goals. I draw from Person-Centered, DBT, Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma-Focused CBT, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based approaches.

Together, we will identify practical tools to manage challenges, strengthen self-awareness, build confidence and resilience, and improve your relationships and daily life. Through a safe, authentic, and supportive therapeutic relationship, I aim to help you process difficult experiences and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll create a comfortable and supportive space to begin getting to know each other. We’ll discuss what led you to therapy, what you hope to accomplish, and the experiences, relationships, values, and circumstances that have shaped your life—without any expectation that you have everything figured out.

We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you and begin identifying approaches that best support your needs. My hope is that you leave feeling understood, encouraged, and more confident about the next steps in your therapeutic journey.
