Great to meet you!

Diana Manjarres has years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Diana takes a client-centered and holistic approach when treating individuals, strongly focusing on helping clients reach their highest potential.

My approach to therapy

My core values of service, holism, and compassionate care have definitely shaped my approach towards my patients. As human beings we are complex wonderous creatures whose actions and feelings are informed based on our experiences, cultures, and beliefs. I always say no one knows their body as well as themselves. Because of that my approach to medicine is open and combines patient communication and feedback along with my clinical expertise to determine the best treatment plan.

What you can expect from me

My clients can walk away from a session knowing that they will be seen, truly seen for who they are and heard. That being said, I set the expectations that medication is only 30% of the solution. Medicine will not take all your feelings away. Medication just allows you not to drown in your feelings or symptoms. 70% of the work will come from the patient themselves. I just want to give my patient's that control they felt they may have lost along the way.
