Great to meet you!

After seven years of training, my skills are focused on general mental health needs including common problems like anxiety, depression, and chronic pain, with specialization in child and adolescent mental health, pediatric behavioral health, and chronic medical conditions. I support individuals across the lifespan and focus on supporting children and adolescents, parents, and young adults with mild to moderate mental health needs.

I am passionate about increasing mental health care that is culturally sensitive and tailored to patient needs, with a focus on education, coping skills, and therapeutic interventions. It is my goal to create a non-judgmental, empathetic space to help you feel heard and guided towards improved mental health symptoms. I use a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Gestalt Therapy to support my clients.

During our first session, you will get to know me as a provider. I will complete an intake including mental health history, a discussion of the current presenting problem, and a discussion about your goals for treatment. I will provide my diagnostic impressions and my clinical recommendations, and with your input, we will develop your treatment plan together

My approach to therapy

I am committed to helping improve your quality of life. I specialize in working with youth and young adults who have medical conditions and general mental health concerns. I am well qualified to support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, chronic pain, behavioral health, eating disorders, or those looking to become better versions of themselves.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you reach your mental health goals. During our first session, I will complete an intake including mental health history, discuss current concerns, and identify your treatment goals. I will provide my clinical recommendations and create a treatment plan that works for you.
