Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Diana. I am very excited to meet you. I am a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Substance Abuse/Addictions Counselor. I have been in the counseling field for almost 20 years. I listen well and I am good at helping people figure out their goals and working through issues of all types. I grew up in Arizona, although I was born in Northern California. I received my bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Family Studies, and I completed dual master’s degrees at Grand Canyon University.

I have experience working with the following conditions: Addictions of all kinds, Anxiety, Anger, Bipolar, Depression, Self-Harm, Trauma, Overall Well-Being, and more. I understand how hard it can be to make the decision to seek therapy. I also know how vulnerable one can feel, but here is the good news—you don't have to do it alone.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help you explore what works for you. I will be by your side throughout the entire process, supporting you as we work together to explore the root causes of your struggles and any challenges or negative thoughts that are keeping you from moving forward. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment to help you feel heard and to help you sort through whatever issues you are dealing with. Working together with a counselor has helped me through many stages of my life.I know it can do the same for you.

What you can expect from me

I am currently taking on new clients, so let’s work together and get you through some of the hard stuff. I believe that everyone is capable of, and in fact entitled to, a life full of happiness, love, and fulfillment.
