Great to meet you!

If anxiety, depression, or trauma has been weighing on you longer than you'd like, you don't have to keep carrying it alone. I'm Diana, a licensed clinical social worker with 10

years of experience helping adults, teens, and seniors work through depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, stress, grief, family challenges, and chronic conditions. I believe in

building on what's already strong in you. Let's talk.

My approach to therapy

My approach starts with getting to know you: what you're hoping for, how you see your challenges, and what has and hasn't helped before. From there, we build goals together. I

draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy to help you notice thought patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Motivational Interviewing helps us explore what you actually want for yourself. Throughout, I take a strengths- based view: the resources you've developed through life are part of how we move forward.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an interview. I'll ask about what brought you here, what you're hoping for, and what therapy has meant to you in the past if you've tried it.

You'll have room to share at your own pace. By the end of our first meeting, you'll have a clearer sense of what working together looks like. Most people leave that first session feeling a little lighter, like someone finally heard them.
