Great to meet you!

I have worked in the field of psychology for over 25 years and hold two Master’s degrees as well as a PhD in Neuropsychology. I provide psychotherapy for individuals across the lifespan and specialize in the treatment of mood disorders, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

I also work with individuals who are navigating major life stressors such as divorce, career transitions, and other significant changes. In addition, I help clients address concerns related to anger management, chronic stress, and the psychological impact of health issues.

My goal is to support clients in developing effective coping strategies, gaining insight, and making meaningful changes that improve their overall well-being and quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, supportive, and focused on helping clients build on their strengths. Together, we work to increase self-awareness, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward solutions that improve overall well-being and quality of life. As part of the therapeutic process, I provide psycho-education to help clients gain insight into their experiences and develop tools they can use both in and outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

During the first psychotherapy session, we discuss your current concerns and the goals you would like to work toward in therapy. This initial meeting is also an opportunity to explore different therapeutic approaches and orientations that may be helpful for your needs. I encourage questions and aim to make sure you feel comfortable, informed, and supported as we begin the process together.
