My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating adolescents, young adults and women. I have training in perinatal mental health, CBT, and trauma informed care. I use both directive and non-directive approaches depending on the needs of my clients in both English and Spanish.

What you can expect from me

By healing ourselves, we heal our ancestors. My goal as a therapist is to help clients become the most authentic version of themselves and take up space unapologetically.
