Great to meet you!

Diana Navarro is a licensed marriage and family therapist with 13 years of experience working with teens, young adults, and women. Diana takes an eclectic approach to therapy that focuses on individualizing the therapeutic approach to each client's needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in treating adolescents, young adults and women. I have training in perinatal mental health, CBT, and trauma informed care. I use both directive and non-directive approaches depending on the needs of my clients in both English and Spanish.

What you can expect from our first session

By healing ourselves, we heal our ancestors. My goal as a therapist is to help clients become the most authentic version of themselves and take up space unapologetically. My ideal client will allow me on their journey to provide guidance to help identify and process through cultural and generational patterns and break cycles to grow and evolve as individuals within a community.
