Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Diana! I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating anxiety, stressful life transitions, and relationship challenges. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when worry, uncertainty, or self-doubt begins to impact your daily life and your ability to feel confident in the decisions you make.

My goal is to create a supportive space where you can better understand what you’re experiencing, develop healthier ways of coping, and reconnect with your strengths. Whether you are managing anxiety, adjusting to a major life change, or working through challenges in your relationships, I’m here to help you cultivate resilience, quiet your inner critic, and build greater confidence in yourself and the path ahead.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with person-centered care. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to work alongside you to better understand the challenges you’re facing and identify meaningful ways to move forward.

I offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly heard and understood, while also providing practical CBT tools to help you recognize and reframe unhelpful thought patterns. Together, we’ll build concrete strategies you can apply in your everyday life to manage anxiety, navigate challenges, and feel more confident in yourself and your ability to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on creating a comfortable and supportive foundation for our work together. We’ll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, exploring the challenges you’re currently facing, and identifying the goals you would like to work toward.

Together, we’ll begin developing a plan that feels realistic, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I also welcome any questions you may have about the therapy process so that you feel comfortable and informed moving forward. My priority is ensuring that you feel heard, respected, and understood, while gaining a clear sense of how our work together can support you in finding relief, building confidence, and creating meaningful growth.
