Great to meet you!

Life stressors such as work, finances, parenting, and world events can feel overwhelming. Therapy can help you develop practical tools to cope, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia offering telehealth therapy. I work with children, adolescents and adults.

My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief, immigrant experiences, women issues, as well as foster care youth. I also bring personal insight into the experience of child loss, which informs my compassionate approach when supporting individuals and families navigating grief.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is flexible and tailored to your needs. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify patterns in thoughts and behaviors while developing practical coping strategies. Depending on your goals, we may focus on present experiences, explore past patterns, or use solution-focused therapy to address specific challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, we will work together to determine the approach that best supports the progress you want to make. Whether you are seeking therapy for the first time or returning during a new stage of life, I aim to meet you where you are and help you work toward meaningful change.
