Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I lived the question my clients carry: Who am I underneath everything I've been told to be?

I know firsthand how deeply childhood experiences, adult trauma, and the messages we absorb from parents, partners, and systems can shape — and distort — how we see ourselves. Many of my clients arrive believing something is fundamentally broken in them. My job is to help you discover that's never been true.

What sets my work apart is that I treat the whole picture. I don't just address symptoms — I explore how your history, your nervous system, your neurobiology, and even your epigenetics created the patterns keeping you stuck. That's how change becomes permanent, not just temporary relief.

I also bring something most therapists can't offer: a commitment to never judge. Whether you're navigating a life others don't understand, a diagnosis that's felt like a label rather than a doorway, or relationships that don't fit a conventional mold — you are safe here.

And I believe this with everything I have: it is never too late to become who you were meant to be.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is never one-size-fits-all. Your personality, pace, and goals shape everything.

I draw from CBT, DBT, ACT, schema therapy, EFIT, attachment theory, and trauma-informed neuroscience — selected and combined based on what you need, not a protocol. Together we identify how past experiences created unconscious survival responses, then dismantle and reform them while building practical strategies for everyday life. Deep work and real-world work, simultaneously.

I specialize in: trauma, C-PTSD, PTSD, Attachment, narcissistic abuse recovery, depression, dissociative disorders (DID/OSDD), BPD, bipolar disorder, ADHD/ADD, ASD, OCD, neurodivergence, addiction, co-occurring disorders, toxic family systems, and life transitions.

Safe, affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and ethically non-monogamous relationships — polyamorous, throuple, open, and kink-aware.

What you can expect from me

Your masks are for others — not here. I want the real you.

We start with what you're experiencing, what's felt impossible, what barriers have blocked your progress, and what you truly desire — across every area of life: self, relationships, goals, and beyond.

I ask questions, but I listen harder for what lives underneath your words — because that's where the real work begins. I work at the intersection of the conscious, subconscious, and neuropsychological: what you presently feel, the root of why you feel it, and how your brain and body have been conditioned to keep you there — sometimes showing up as insomnia, chronic pain, migraines, or autoimmune conditions.

In my office, you are never reduced to a diagnosis. You are a whole person.

My clients often say our sessions are the only time they've felt truly seen and heard — without being redirected, minimized, or managed. That's the standard I hold every time.
