Great to meet you!

I worked with children on the spectrum ages 4 and up as a Registered Behavior Technician for three years. I now hold a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and enjoy working with teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, stress and burnout, emotional shifts, low self-esteem, and generational trauma. I offer session in both English and Spanish!

My approach to therapy

By utilizing unconditional positive regard, I collaborate with my clients to gain insight, identify and process feelings, and manage symptoms of distress. Through a person-centered approach, which is customized for each individual’s needs, I hope to build a relationship with my clients that is empathetic and encouraging.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can be scary, so my hope is to help ease nerves by providing an open safe space that encourages sharing at your own pace. We will focus on introduction, understanding the presenting problem, and goal setting. You will have the opportunity to share your story and ask any questions about starting this new journey together!
