I have undergone extensive training in nursing and mental health and hold board certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). With over 15 years of experience in diverse clinical environments, including clinics and outpatient services, I bring a wealth of expertise to my practice. I specialize in diagnosing & treating a wide variety of psychiatric conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, postpartum depression, other mood & thought disorders.

My approach to mental health is comprehensive, client-centered, and evidence-based, aiming to not only treat symptoms but also promote overall well-being and recovery. I believe that mental health care should be holistic, compassionate, and collaborative.
