Diana Rodriguez

I am a licensed professional counselor with over 22 years experience working with clients in an array of settings. Over the years I have worked at The Anxiety and Stress Management Institute, Odyssey Family Counseling Center, and in the community mental health arena. I have worked with clients of diverse backgrounds, varying ages, and diagnoses. I am now looking to work with 50+ who have life challenges related to depression, anxiety, aging, grief and relationships (self and/or others).

I plan to utilize several modalities to assist clients in their need to feel better in mind and spirit. I have had training and experience in CBT, DBT, Insight-Oriented therapy, stress management, and hypnosis. I hope to provide clients with the space to safely share their current experiences and to help with navigating a positive path forward.

I look forward to creating a therapeutic relationship that begins the moment I meet you in the waiting room and we walk together into the calm, supportive space of my office. My goal is to offer an environment of receptivity that fosters overall growth. Through presence and collaboration, I aim to support you in working toward your treatment goals at a pace that feels right for you.
