Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and work–life balance challenges. My approach to therapy is holistic, recognizing that mindset, emotional health, physical well-being, and spirituality all play essential roles in creating a healthy and meaningful outlook on life.

At Light-Point Wellness, we specialize in couples therapy and adult individual therapy, helping clients navigate the complexities of love, marriage, and meaningful relationships. Relationships can be deeply fulfilling — yet at times confusing, painful, and difficult to sustain. Diana E. Rosen, LPC works with couples and individuals to repair emotional disconnection, strengthen communication, and better understand the patterns that shape their relationships. Through an attachment-based and behavioral approach, clients gain insight into how early experiences, beliefs, and coping strategies influence intimacy, conflict, and friendship.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a holistic, mind, body, spirit, model of therapy. Mind, Body and Spirit are all connected and related to our mental and physical health.

What you can expect from me

Please know that there is a safe place where you can go and feel free to be yourself. Making a change can be a challenge, and guided support can help navigate the obstacles. Let's figure it out together.

Looking at everything you experience holistically in body, mind, and spirit, we can make small changes to make a big impact on how you feel.
