Great to meet you!

With over 10 years of experience, I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and trauma. I hold a Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University and am trained in evidence-based approaches including EMDR and DBT. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can heal, build resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and personalized. I draw from evidence-based methods such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR to help clients manage symptoms, process trauma, and develop practical coping skills. At the same time, I incorporate an existential perspective—supporting clients in exploring meaning, identity, values, and purpose. This balance allows us to address both immediate challenges and deeper life questions in a way that feels authentic and empowering.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can begin to feel at ease. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to change, and any concerns you may have. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for—this session is about getting to know you and understanding how I can best support you.
