Great to meet you!

My name is Diana, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with children, teens and families in the school and non-profit settings for over 10 years. I love to see clients grow in their confidence and abilities as we work together through the challenges life can bring.

My approach to therapy

I will always try to get to know my clients and their strengths right away. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) - teaching clients how to challenge negative thoughts. I also have special training in working through traumatic experiences with children and teens. I have experience working with adult clients in the education, mental health and first responder professions.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you reach your goals. I provide an open and supportive environment where you can feel safe to express yourself while learning how to cope with life's challenges.
