Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), here to support you on your mental health journey. I believe in a holistic approach to care, providing a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to share your concerns and work toward healing. We will collaborate to ensure that your needs and goals are at the heart of our sessions. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, attention and concentration concerns, addiction, insomnia, grief, relationship issues, or other challenges, I’m here to help you find balance and move forward with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic and patient-centered approach to mental health care. I believe in creating a safe, empathetic space where we can work together to understand your unique experiences. My goal is to provide thoughtful, individualized care that includes both therapeutic conversations and, when appropriate, medication management. I focus on helping you build resilience and develop the tools you need to manage life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave our sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered. My goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of your mental health, along with practical tools and strategies to navigate life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work on building resilience, improving coping skills, and fostering a sense of balance and well-being. You’ll also have a clearer path forward, whether that involves medication management, therapy, or lifestyle changes, all tailored to your unique needs.
