Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping people navigate life's challenges. I graduated from UCF and have called Florida home for the past 24 years. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment. While I work with clients facing a variety of concerns and come from all walks of life, I especially enjoy working with women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-worth, and relationship challenges. I love helping clients gain insight, find their voice, and make meaningful changes that help them feel more confident and fulfilled.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and validated while also gently challenging unhelpful patterns when needed. I ask thoughtful, direct questions and share observations to help clients gain insight and move toward their goals. My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused interventions, and person-centered approaches, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client's unique experiences and strengths.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really just a chance for us to get to know each other. It's as much about you deciding whether I feel like a good fit as it is about me learning about you. We'll have a conversation about what brought you to therapy, what you'd like to see change, and whatever parts of your story you feel comfortable sharing. There's no pressure to have everything figured out, and you can go at your own pace. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being yourself.
