Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Diana. I help adults and seniors navigate life's challenges with compassion and curiosity. If you're feeling weighed down by anxiety, struggling in relationships, carrying the effects of trauma, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you're not alone. Therapy can be a place to slow down, breathe, and rediscover your strength. Together, we'll create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward.

My work is rooted in helping people heal from experiences that have left them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, relationship concerns, and women's issues, while also supporting individuals living with LGBTQIA+ experiences and PTSD. My goal is to help you make sense of your story while building a future that feels more peaceful, connected, and authentic.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy isn't about fixing you because you aren't broken. It's about creating a space where you can safely explore your experiences, understand yourself more deeply, and discover new ways of moving through life with confidence and self-compassion. My approach is collaborative, warm, and individualized because no two people heal in exactly the same way.

I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Positive Psychology, blending these approaches to meet your unique needs and goals. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we'll work together to understand the patterns beneath them while developing practical tools you can use in everyday life. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel genuinely understood, challenged with kindness, and supported as you create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really about getting to know each other. There's no pressure to have everything figured out, we'll start with what brought you to therapy right now and what's been going on for you. I'll ask questions to understand your history, your current life circumstances, and what feels most pressing, and I'll also want to hear what you're hoping will be different as a result of our work together.

I see the first few sessions as a foundation-building period rather than a single "intake". We're both learning how you think, what language resonates with you, and what approach will actually fit your life. You can expect me to be curious and collaborative rather than clinical; this is a conversation, not an interrogation. By the end of these early sessions, we'll typically have a shared sense of what we're working toward and how we'll get there together.

You don't need to prepare anything in advance. Just come as you are.
