Great to meet you!

I help children, families, veterans, and civilians who are navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and parenting challenges. I’m certified in Circle of Security Parenting and the Incredible Years program, and trained in CBT, ACT, and DBT. With nearly seven years of experience, I offer compassionate, practical support that helps clients feel safe, understood, and better equipped to manage triggers, intrusive thoughts, and the effects of trauma while moving toward healthier choices and life goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, client-centered, and collaborative. I’ll walk alongside you through barriers and struggles while tailoring care to your needs. I draw from client-centered therapy, play therapy, and solution-focused therapy to help you build insight, strengthen coping skills, and make meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll keep things simple and supportive. We’ll start by getting to know each other, building trust, and talking about what brought you to therapy. From there, we’ll begin identifying your goals and the challenges you want to work through. If this sounds like the right fit, I’d be honored to connect with you.
