Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, young adults, and families through life's challenges. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can better understand your emotions, build coping skills, and feel more grounded in your daily life. Therapy with me is all about empowerment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic principles, mindfulness, solution-focused strategies, and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). I focus on creating emotional safety first, then helping you build insight, emotional regulation skills, and practical tools.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on understanding your concerns, your goals, and what you hope to get out of therapy. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, with no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. Feeling unsure or nervous is common, and I aim to create a calm, welcoming space where you can begin safely.
