Great to meet you!

I've spent 20 years helping couples rebuild trust, repair communication, and find their way back to each other. Helping people reconnect is the most meaningful part of my work.

I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) because it helps couples address not only the conflict they are experiencing today, but the deeper patterns underneath it. If your relationship feels stuck, I want you to know that stuck is not permanent.

I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Whatever brought you here, you do not have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, warm, and grounded in the belief that every person and every couple has the capacity to grow and change. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as my primary framework with couples because it helps uncover the cycle beneath the conflict. I also draw from Gottman Method, DBT, and attachment based approaches depending on each client's needs.

Sessions are virtual, allowing you to do this work from wherever feels most comfortable and convenient.

What you can expect from me

A space that feels safe before anything else. I will not rush you, judge you, or hand you a script. Together, we will explore what is happening beneath the surface and develop practical tools that support meaningful change.

The goal is not simply to feel better during sessions. It is to create lasting shifts in your life, your relationships, and the way you experience yourself and your relationships.
