Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in trauma treatment, using somatic approaches like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Brainspotting. These methods engage the body’s natural healing processes—EMDR through eye movements or tapping, and Brainspotting through fixed eye positions that access and process stored trauma. By working with the nervous system, these approaches can create meaningful, lasting shifts in both mind and body.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to help you make real, meaningful progress toward what matters most to you—always at a pace that feels right and respectful of where you are. I believe therapy works best when it's collaborative, grounded in understanding, and truly supportive.

What you can expect from me

You are unique—and so are the challenges you face. In our first session, we’ll explore the changes you’re hoping for and begin identifying meaningful steps toward those goals. If you're interested, I can also teach you practical skills to use outside of therapy. You can expect a welcoming, supportive, and sometimes even lively environment where growth, healing, and self-discovery are possible.
