Great to meet you!

Welcome! In my 12 years of practice, I have come to specialize in early childhood trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting/bonding and family dynamics. I have also enjoyed working on cultural identify and LGBTQ+ expression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an individualized treatment approach that incorporates an eclectic array of strategies, including psychodynamic and mindfulness, to address your unique needs and get at the heart of the underlying factors impacting ones life.

What you can expect from our first session

I truly believe that the therapy room is a sacred and safe space. It is my goal to ensure that every client that enters my space feels comfortable and is an active participant in their healing journey. My approach is strengths-focused, good humored, and honest.
