Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Diana, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience supporting individuals and families through trauma, recovery, and life transitions. I specialize in resilience-focused, trauma-informed care, blending evidence-based approaches like EMDR, IFS, CBT, and mindfulness to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether you're navigating parenting challenges, relationship shifts, or personal growth, I offer a grounded, compassionate space to explore and thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is brain-based, trauma-informed, and deeply rooted in the science of resilience. I help clients understand how their nervous system and emotional patterns are shaped by past experiences—and how we can gently rewire those responses through mindfulness, self-awareness, and evidence-based practices like EMDR, IFS, and CBT. Sessions are collaborative and practical, offering tools that support healing, emotional regulation, and meaningful change both inside and outside the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, grounded space where we slow things down and get curious—about what’s working, what’s hard, and what you’re hoping for. I’ll guide us through a conversation that helps me understand your story, your strengths, and your nervous system’s unique patterns. Together, we’ll begin to map out goals that feel meaningful and doable, whether that’s building emotional resilience, navigating relationships, or finding steadier ground in daily life. My goal is for you to leave feeling seen, supported, and a little more hopeful about the path ahead.
