Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical psychotherapist, I emphasize the importance of the relationship between the client and the therapist all within a safe, nonjudgemental environment.

In the current climate, there is much to feel anxious about. I specialize in anxiety which includes: OCD, phobias, social anxiety and generalized anxiety. I offer the tools necessary to abate the distress so you can live a full and happy life.

I also specialize in trauma such as PTSD or a sudden loss not fully unanticipated.

My approach to therapy

Empathy has no script. There is no right or wrong way to use it. It is simply listening, holding space, withholding judgement, emotionally connecting and communicating that incredibly healing message of "you are not alone".

What you can expect from me

Goals are mutually decided and a treatment plan is created and shared. The sessions are both warm and inviting and may utilize psychoeducation as this provides information and support to better understand and cope with what you are going through.
