Great to meet you!

I’m eager to hear your story and help you uncover new paths toward healing and growth. My approach is intuitive, creative, and grounded in genuine care. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, one where we work together to identify what’s holding you back and build strategies that fit your life and strengths. Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship challenges, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you in finding clarity and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, using a strength-based and compassionate approach. My style is warm, empathetic, and practical, I draw from various therapeutic techniques to help you better understand yourself, build resilience, and move toward your goals.

In addition to traditional talk therapy, I also offer art therapy as a powerful tool for self-expression and healing. Art therapy can reveal unconscious material, unresolved trauma, and grief; it can be deeply cathartic, helping to clear emotional blockages and facilitate developmental transition and growth. You don’t need any artistic skill to benefit—just a willingness to explore your inner world through creativity and reflection.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a space for you to be heard and understood without judgment. I’ll ask questions to get a full picture of your experiences, family and relationship history, and what feels most important to you right now. Together, we’ll identify what you’d like to work on and begin setting a foundation for progress. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling supported, seen, and hopeful about the path ahead.
