Greetings! I am a Licensed Counseling Psychologist located in Simpsonville/Louisville, Kentucky. I believe mental health is a key to stability in our hectic lives. My background is in Cognitive Behavioral therapy and somatically-based psychotherapy. I combine various modelities to treat anxiety/phobias, grief, relationship issues and complex traumas.
Individual goals are customized to the issues brought to therapy. In our first session, you will have the opportuity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create an warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing vulnerabilites while feeling secure.
