Transition can be overwhelming. I truly understand coming from numerous points in my life of transition and career change. So, to honor you, I won’t promise seeking direction and clarification will be easy but together We will find the solutions.

I am passionate about co-creating with my clients to support and coach them in finding the answers that best fit their lives. I am licensed clinical social worker and licensed addiction counseling with state of Colorado. I am therapist, as well as life coach. I have experience in relational issues, grief and loss, and life and work balance concerns.

I am enthusiastic that what we attract comes from what we think about ourselves, personal and professional experiences, and the conditioning of old childhood patterns. In a Co-creating and supportive environment, we will work and achieve in breaking old habits and gain healthy self-focus. By turning around negative interactions to positive that will lead to rewarding and new connections.
