Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

With over 30 years of experience, I’ve been honored to walk alongside individuals of all ages as they navigate life’s most difficult and complex challenges — from trauma, abuse, and grief to anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and identity work. I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, women, and adults, including foster youth and survivors of abuse and neglect.

My approach to therapy

I bring a deeply compassionate and intuitive approach to therapy, grounded in real-life understanding, professional expertise, and a true passion for helping others heal. I’m a Certified Child/Adolescent and Adult Trauma Specialist, trained in EMDR, CBT, and DBT. My style is eclectic, creative, and collaborative — blending evidence-based practices with mindfulness, tapping, grounding, guided imagery, and a healthy dose of humor.

In our work together, I’ll often share practical tools like worksheets, visuals, and other resources to help reinforce coping strategies between sessions, always offered gently and never required. You’ll be supported in a way that fits you, and you’ll always have a choice in how we move forward.

What you can expect from me

HOPE!!

This is your space to be truly seen and heard—free of judgment and full of support. My goal is to help you feel lighter and more empowered, and walk away from each session with new tools to manage life’s challenges. The good news? Those loud, painful thoughts can become whispers that no longer hold power over you.

I genuinely care and bring my full self to this work — warm, attentive, creative, and deeply committed to your growth. Let’s take this next step together.
