I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with many years experience working folx experiencing trauma, anxiety depression, life transitions and loss. I have experience working with people throughout the lifespan with a particular interest in older adolescents and young adults.

I believe the best treatment is done when there is a strong therapeutic relationship. I use compassion, humor and strengths based approach to build that alliance. I pull from a CBT approach much of the time to help clients reach their goals, but I am a therapist who can utilize a variety of tools or modalities to help you become your best self.

It is my hope clients will feel heard and empowered. Not every session will be a 'wow' moment but every session they should feel supported. Clients come in as their own expert and their thoughts and feelings will be greeted with lack of judgement and respect.
