Great to meet you!

With over 30 years of experience, I help adults manage sleep, stress, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. People often describe me as kind, perceptive, with a good sense of humor. My approach combines active listening, mindfulness, CBT, and applied neuroscience. We'll work together to create a plan tailored to your needs to help you focus and move forward with confidence. I'm an LCPC, Board Certified in Neurofeedback, with a certificate in CBT-I for insomnia and other sleep concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is tailored to each client’s goals and unique way of making progress. Together, we build on what works best for you. I am trained in evidence-based tools and will offer suggestions, homework, role-plays, or other practical strategies based on this expertise and professional intuition strategies.

What you can expect from me

From our sessions, my goal is that you will take away a sense of feeling truly heard and understood in terms of what matters most. We’ll work together to identify obstacles and ways to move through them, while highlighting and building on your strengths. Other take aways: Support, personalized insights, and, when helpful, suggestions for resources like books or apps to further support your growth beyond our conversations.
