Great to meet you!

I truly love the work I do. As a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I'm committed to helping individuals grow, heal and reach their full potential. I specialize in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD and trauma-related conditions.

My approach to therapy

I listen, create a safe space, and help patients feel understood rather than judged. Clients commonly tell me they feel more comfortable and understood after our first appointment. I believe that care works best when it is personalized.

What you can expect from me

I look forward to welcoming you and supporting you in achieving your mental health goals. I accept all major insurances. Our initial visits are 60 minutes, and follow-up visits are 30 minutes. I accept most insurance plans, and if you prefer to pay out of pocket, my self-pay rates are $189 for the first visit and $100 for follow-ups.

*I do not prescribe stimulant medications or other controlled substances.
