A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of the counseling process. I have helped a variety of clients through some of the most difficult and darkest paths towards inner healing. Coming to therapy is just one step closer towards discovering the resilience and strength within us, even when we’re feeling insecure or hopeless.

“Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength.” – Arnold Schwarzenegger.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that we can’t always go to a place within ourself, by ourself. I am here to help by offering a personalized approach to clients depending on their individual needs.
