Great to meet you!

I acquired my Mental Health Counseling License in 2002 from Washington State. Since then, I have worked as a therapist in both in and out-patient settings in substance treatment facilities and community health centers in both Washington and California. I am a good listener and love helping people identify, choose, and find their own way through problems.

My approach to therapy

I utilize effective evidence-based treatments, such as, Compassion, Active Listening, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other mindfulness-based modalities. I am committed to helping individuals achieve their goals, reduce stress, and improve relationships.

What you can expect from me

My clients are treated with respect, a non-judgmental attitude, patience, feedback in order to clarify what is presented in session, compassion and good listening skills.
