Great to meet you!

My life experiences have been too numerous to count. I've had loved ones die, disappointments, medical problems, divorce, betrayals, and more reasons to celebrate than I deserve. I have been extremely blessed by Jesus Christ my Savior, who is the source of all my strength. With God's help, I have accomplished things I never could have imagined. My greatest joy has been raising my three daughters. God gave me wisdom and taught me to have compassion for others in their times of struggles, trials, and difficulties. He taught me to see others through His eyes. He is my constant companion and counselor. Jesus is all the world to me.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Working with women has been my concentration, in the military, I worked with men, women, and children. I have counseled couples with troubled marriages and family conflicts. I have helped teenagers deal with peer pressure, bullying, and coping with the stages of life. I know negative talk causes low self-esteem and self-hatred and it can be reversed.

No matter your challenge there is an answer and I would be honored to help you find it.
