Great to meet you!

I work especially well with highly sensitive, empathic, neurodivergent, and spiritually open clients, as well as those healing their inner child, moving through major life transitions, or awakening to the need for a more authentic life.

My style is warm, grounded, compassionate, and depth-oriented. Together, we can explore the patterns that have kept you stuck, tend the parts of you that carry pain, and help you reconnect with your own wisdom, worth, and inner guidance. You do not have to do it all alone. Healing can be deep and it can also be gentle.

My approach to therapy

So many people come to therapy because something in them knows there is more truth, more freedom, and more aliveness available than what they are currently living. Sometimes that shows up as anxiety, burnout, grief, self-doubt, relationship pain, or the quiet ache of feeling disconnected from yourself. I offer holistic psychotherapy for adults who are ready for deep, transformative work. With more than 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I blend traditional talk therapy with Internal Family Systems, Mindful Self-Compassion, guided relaxation, and clinical hypnotherapy.

What you can expect from me

I want to make sure clients feel safe and supported from the very beginning of our work together. We will begin by focusing on what brings you in to therapy and getting clear on your goals. I will share more about the process of therapy with me and how we will work together to met your needs.
