Great to meet you!

I know that reaching out to a therapist can feel like a big step. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and accepted from our very first conversation.

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with many years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, grief, stress, and personal growth. I enjoy working with people who are seeking not only relief from symptoms, but also a deeper understanding of themselves and lasting change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all method, I draw from a variety of evidence-based and experiential approaches to meet your unique needs. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building on your strengths, resilience, and inner resources.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine collaboration. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore what's happening in your life, better understand yourself, and move toward meaningful change.

I tailor therapy to each individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. Depending on your needs and goals, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, attachment-based work, and somatic techniques, while also helping you build on your existing strengths and resilience.

Together, we'll work to increase self-awareness, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical coping strategies, and create lasting changes that support greater well-being and a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. I'll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, what challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

We'll discuss your personal history as it relates to your concerns, explore your goals, and begin identifying what you'd like to change or strengthen in your life. Just as importantly, we'll start building a trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself.

By the end of our first session, my hope is that you'll leave with a clearer understanding of how we can work together and a sense of hope and direction for the path ahead.
