Great to meet you!

Life’s journey can bring unexpected challenges, transitions, and experiences that leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about the path ahead. If you are struggling with the impact of trauma, navigating life changes, seeking greater emotional wellness, or adapting to the aging process, you do not have to walk that journey alone.

My appointment availability may not be listed on my schedule. Please call or text at 530.488.0652, I look forward to talking with you.

My approach to therapy

I provide a strength-based, person-centered approach that honors your unique experiences while helping you build resilience, healing, and renewed hope. With over twenty-six years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with children, youth, adults, families, and couples.

My clinical focus includes trauma recovery, women’s wellness, and resilient aging, creating a compassionate space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to move toward growth and emotional well-being. Together, we will work toward strengthening resilience, fostering healing, and helping you move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

I offer in-person and telehealth therapy by appointment. I prefer to begin with a brief conversation so we can discuss your needs and find a time that works for both of us.

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get acquainted in a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope will improve, and any questions or concerns you may have. Together, we will begin identifying your goals and creating a treatment plan that feels comfortable and meaningful to you.

My approach is person-centered, and I tailor therapeutic methods to support your individual healing, resilience, and well-being.
